In the battles we face, we must remember who the true enemy is. Our fight is not with people, but with demonic powers that try to establish evil mindsets. “For although we live in the natural realm, we don’t wage a military campaign employing human weapons, using manipulation to achieve our aims. Instead, our spiritual weapons are energized with divine power to effectively dismantle the defenses behind which people hide.” 2 Corinthians 10:3-4 TPT The main weapon we have, is God’s Word of truth in our hearts, being spoken out of our mouth. We consistently decree God’s Word and He establishes it. We continually take our rightful authority in Christ bind principalities, and break the bonds of lies off of people. We lose God’s angels to minister salvation and bind people to truth. These are just a few of the awesome things we get to do with our God!! We are told to cast all our cares (worries/concerns/anxieties) upon the Lord because He watches over us and cares for us affectionately. Obsessing, or being preoccupied, over things in our daily lives, cannot help. It will only bring harm. We can trust in the love and mercy of God, and choose to live in His peace and joy. “Anxious fear brings depression, but a life-giving word of encouragement can do wonders to restore joy to the heart.” Proverbs 12:25 TPT Let’s stay living in the life-giving Words of the Lord, meditating and being preoccupied with all His promises, that are Yes and Amen! If worry or concerns are flooding your mind, resist them with the Word of God. When the “what ifs” are robbing your peace and joy, speak the promises of God out loud, over the chatter of fear and negativity. You have the authority of God to change your thinking. We have received the Prince of Peace into our lives! We now have a covenant of God’s peace, health, provision, and protection. The enemy is always trying to move us into the realm of fear, by getting our focus on lack, or what we may lose. His main weapon is deception, but staying focused on God’s truth will dispel his lies. “But no weapon that is formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that shall rise against you in judgment you shall show to be in the wrong. This [peace, righteousness, security, triumph over opposition] is the heritage of the servants of the Lord [those in whom the ideal Servant of the Lord is reproduced]; this is the righteousness or the vindication which they obtain from Me [this is that which I impart to them as their justification], says the Lord.” Isaiah 54:17 AMPC Weapons may be formed, but we have a heritage bought with the Blood of Christ, that renders those weapons useless. As we stand in our rightful authority in Christ Jesus, we have God’s precious promises, that release His will on earth as it is in Heaven. His Word is a powerful weapon, and our use of it cancels and destroys every scheme of the enemy. Blessings, as God’s boldness, enables you to stand in His truth against every lie of the enemy. God’s Word is living and powerful, effective in bringing results of His abundance, health, and wholeness into our lives. The Bible tells us to give earnest attention to God’s Word because it is life-giving and brings health to our whole body. “So shall My word be that goes forth out of My mouth: it shall not return to Me void [without producing any effect, useless], but it shall accomplish that which I please and purpose, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.” Isaiah 55:11 AMPC The Word of God believed in our hearts (that means we fully trust what God says), and speak from our mouth, releasing His power into our situations. His Word accomplishes what it is sent to accomplish. We can fully place our confidence in Him. Blessings, as you send His Word to accomplish His victory in the earth. When difficulties come, our greatest weapon is communion, praise, and worship with our Holy God! Paul and Silas chose to focus on praising God, and not their pain, chains, and suffering. As a result, God sovereignly moved and opened doors and loosed “all” the prisoners. It wasn’t for them to escape, it was for the jailer and his whole household to be saved! “Paul and Silas, undaunted, prayed in the middle of the night and sang songs of praise to God, while all the other prisoners listened to their worship. Suddenly, a great earthquake shook the foundations of the prison. All at once every prison door flung open and the chains of all the prisoners came loose.” Acts 16:25-26 TPT Lord, help us to be undaunted by life’s struggles and instead focus our prayers, praise, and worship upon You, to see earth-shaking results of salvation in our land! Lord, Your Word says, that those who win souls are wise. Stir up soul-winning wisdom within us! Blessings, as you remember, you are God’s divine appointment of salvation on this earth! Before Christ came into our lives, we lived for our own desires. Those desires, though not necessarily all bad, would cause us to fear losing what we have. When we receive Christ and come to know Him intimately, we realize we have all we will ever need in Him. The enemy loses his ability to control us with the fear of loss. “My old identity has been co-crucified with Messiah and no longer lives; for the nails of His cross crucified me with Him. And now the essence of this new life is no longer mine, for the Anointed One lives His life through me— we live in union as one! My new life is empowered by the faith of the Son of God who loves me so much that He gave Himself for me, and dispenses His life into mine!” Galatians 2:20 TPT As we come to know the heart of our loving God, we bring His precious promises of abundant life and godliness through us, into this earth. The enemy is the one that kills, steals, and destroys, not God! When we understand that truth, and that in Christ we have authority to resist and command the enemy to go, fear can no longer control us. We have the very life of Christ empowering us to live fully in His victory! Blessings, as His abundant life releases resurrection power in you! Love y’all, but remember: JESUS LOVES YOU MORE!!!
